- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience analyzing data and creating data driven strategies.
- Experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Experience in making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
- Expertise with Search or YouTube.
- Understanding of the industry's issues, growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies.
- Ability to effectively grow relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating B and C-level relationships to drive long-term digital transformation strategies.
- Lead and collaborate on various projects involving multiple Google teams (Sales, Cloud, YouTube) to maximize client impact and optimize solutions.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the business and industry, and the advertising industry to identify growth opportunities and address future issues.
- Engage with executive leadership to build trust, drive strategic alignment, and foster collaboration across Google and Partner teams to achieve shared goals.
- Lead the development of joint business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
