Account Manager (Digital Advertising) – Contract

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid – onsite preferred)

Duration: Through Jan 2027 (extension possible)

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour on w2

Schedule: 40 hrs/week

We’re partnering with a leading retail media organization to hire an Account Manager / Digital Account Strategist to support high-impact advertising programs for top suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, campaign strategy, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow supplier advertising campaigns and revenue
  • Build strategic media plans aligned to supplier business goals
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, performance reviews, and optimization discussions
  • Partner with sales, creative, campaign management, and analytics teams
  • Provide regular performance insights, reporting, and recommendations
  • Support billing accuracy and monthly campaign delivery
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities beyond initial spend

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics like CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and media math principles for optimization.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI.
