Inside Account Executive

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys helping restaurants succeed, and excels at building relationships.
You’ll manage inbound leads, book and run product demos, and guide restaurant owners through the sales process to a successful onboarding. As a trusted advisor, you’ll directly contribute to helping small businesses grow while driving Sauce’s mission forward.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Inbound Leads: Handle a high volume of restaurant inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule engaging product demos
- Sell on Value: Showcase Sauce’s ROI and value proposition, focusing on business impact rather than just technical details
- Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from lead qualification and demos to contract signing and onboarding handoff
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with our marketing, onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, aligning restaurant owners’ goals with Sauce’s solutions
- Achieve Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team goals
- Continuously Learn: Stay informed on industry trends and refine your skills through mentorship, training, and team collaboration
- 3+ years in restaurants sales, preferably high-volume SMB’s with closing experience
- A consultative, customer-first sales approach
- Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and development
- Experience selling to or working within the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong plus
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Slack, and CRM platforms

This salary is the total On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, with a base + commission compensation structure.
