The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the HVAC service sales aspect of the company. We will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you develop your career.

Salary $50K-$60K+ (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prospecting/Cold Calling

• Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers

• Quote HVAC Planned Maintenance, Service Work & New/Replacement Projects

• Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.

• Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.

• Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.

• Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.


Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education

• College Education Preferred

• 2+ Years of HVAC Account Manager Business to Business Sales

• Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
