We are looking for a Project Key Account Manager USA- (based in USA)
The Company is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager based in USA, to promote and expand the presence of a premium ceramic surfaces brand. The candidate will operate from USA and oversee the Projects Sales Channel in the following countries: USA, Canada and Mexico.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive business development by working on local projects assigned by the company or identified independently, with continuous follow-up on key stakeholders in the design and construction sector.
- Establish local partnerships and agreements with decision-makers in the hospitality and real estate development sector: investors, property developers, architects, interior designers, construction firms, and hotel chains.
- Manage framework agreements with both local and international hotel chains, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate with the network of sales distributors, the Sales Area Manager, and internal company staff.
- Oversee the sales forecast and ensure timely updates.
- Provide weekly CRM updates and maintain accurate reporting.
- Meet target KPIs related to sales, client visits, project specifications, and strategic agreements.
- Ensure regular and proactive communication with the company’s Headquarters.
- Participate in and support the organization of local trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Acquire market intelligence and deepen knowledge of the critical success factors in the project business.
- Be able to travel autonomously across cities in the region to engage with key stakeholders.
