What You Will Do
- Generate new business through disciplined prospecting and cold outreach
- Own your territory with a high level of activity, focus, and accountability
- Build relationships with business leaders across the Milwaukee market
- Execute a structured sales process with strong pipeline management and forecasting
- Position consultative solutions that solve real business challenges
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue expectations

What You Bring
- Proven success in business-to-business outside sales
- Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and building a pipeline from zero
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a team culture
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must reside within the Greater Milwaukee market or reasonable commuting distance to support the assigned territory
