THE POSITION

As a National Account Manager for Landmark Studio & Design, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers within the hospitality and commercial furnishings industry. This position is focused on developing and maintaining relationships while generating sales across four primary markets: attractions, education, parks & municipalities, and restaurants.

This role is responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts, identifying project opportunities, providing product recommendations, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to completed order. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client calls and emails, preparing estimates and proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring projects move efficiently through production.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and relationships at once. Candidates should also maintain a strong understanding of Landmark Studio & Design products and services, including participating in onsite training related to product applications and manufacturing processes as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow customer accounts within the attractions, education, parks & municipalities, and restaurant industries
  • Handle regular calls and emails from clients and prospective customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal departments including design, engineering, production, and customer service as needed
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, or client meetings as needed
  • Manage multiple projects, orders, and customer timelines simultaneously


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or similar role
  • Hospitality, commercial furnishings, construction products, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with working within ERP or manufacturing management system is preferred
  • Experience with ACT (or similar CRM software) and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • HS Diploma/GED required; BS in Business or related field preferred
