Account Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Account Executive to manage and grow key retail accounts. This role is responsible for building strong client partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring the successful execution of retail programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, expand product listings, and increase market share
• Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of programs
• Monitor account performance, sales trends, and inventory levels
• Develop and present account plans, sales reports, and forecasts
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
• Negotiate terms, promotions, and display opportunities with retail partners
• Conduct regular store visits to check product visibility and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in retail account management, sales, or key account handling
• Experience working with multi-branch retail accounts is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
• Willing to travel for store visits and client meetings
