  • Generate leads for the company by social media, cold calling and other means.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through attentive account management.
  • Represent WCube Solutions Inc. with professionalism whenever needed, i.e. when communicating with potential clients, clients, partners and teammates.
  • Must meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Understanding the ever-evolving market needs and products/services of the company is necessary to offer them better to leads.
  • Collaborate and report updates to the team.
  • Able to create and present tailored client presentations.
  • Must report to work on-site in West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. But other applicants welcome to apply.
  • Must have a contact or client list from previous jobs to be used as potential company leads.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, outside sales, and cold calling. Exceptional abilities in creative problem-solving, analytical skills, lead generation, and presentation. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
  • Working Conditions: While on-site in the office day-to-day, this role may involve travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Expect a combination of office work and outside sales activities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for a self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit, customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
