Are you a driven Account Executive with a passion for building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored solutions? We’re working with a well-established, independent insurance brokerage seeking an experienced professional to join their growing corporate team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, client-focused environment where you’ll manage key relationships, deliver strategic advice, and play a pivotal role in both retaining and developing business.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert guidance across a broad range of commercial insurance needs. This role offers a strong balance of account management and new business, with qualified leads and internal support provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate clients
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions aligned to client needs and risk profiles
  • Lead client meetings, including renewals and strategic reviews
  • Develop new business opportunities through warm leads and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial insurance Account Executive role
  • Strong knowledge of the UK insurance market
  • Experience handling a range of commercial insurance classes
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Professional qualifications (ACII or working towards) are advantageous
