As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with merchant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local and central operations, product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize partnerships and deliver maximum value for both Uber and its merchant partners.

What You'll Do

  • Execute portfolio-level commercial strategies aligned with category and merchant-specific growth objectives
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure a high-quality consumer experience
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve key performance indicators, including tailored promotional strategies by category or specialty store

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between merchants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in account management, retail, CPG, or a similar commercial role

  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex partnerships and delivering measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Platform, Retail, or CPG industries (preferred but not required)
  • Experience managing complex datasets and tracking and achieving multiple OKRs
  • Strong project management skills, including experience building joint business plans and delivering consistent performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional organizational matrix
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to surface insights and influence product improvements
