Client Finance Manager

You'll be responsible for implementing and executing accounting processes that ensure accuracy, control, and compliance across operating expenses and capital expenditures. This role requires full ownership of all financial deliverables—both client-facing and internal—while maintaining a robust control environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Client Management
- Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Account Executive across all business lines and finance functions, providing strategic guidance on financial, operational, and client matters
- Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring service level expectations are consistently met across the region
- Coordinate and track regional cost savings initiatives, risks, and opportunities
- Own the delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, overseeing all financial activity management and coordination
- Lead the preparation, management, consolidation, and delivery of annual plans and reforecasts
- Drive achievement of working capital objectives and metrics
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, including cash reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain internal control systems that safeguard the organization's financial assets
- Design, implement, document, and maintain policies and procedures supporting efficient processes and strong internal controls
- Supervise the team in completing quarterly audit and compliance schedules
- Lead, mentor, and coach the finance team to ensure high morale, professional development, and clear goal achievement
- Foster a culture of trust, strong work ethics, and continuous improvement
- Take full ownership of all financial processes within your span of control
- 3-5 years of financial leadership experience working with clients, ideally in an international environment
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Qualified member of a professional accounting association (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Strong accounting, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with computer-based accounting applications (JD Edwards experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of business partnering principles and commitment to exceptional client service
- Excellent relationship management, organizational, and coordination abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethics
