The Bay Area Account Manager will oversee client service operations in the Union City, CA, area. This full-time, on-site role involves managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring on-time service delivery for flooring replacement and materials. Key responsibilities include maintaining consistent client communication, addressing service needs effectively, and identifying opportunities for business growth while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
- Customer relationship management and client service skills
- Experience in account management and business development
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or experience in flooring solutions, construction, or property management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
