We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with 10+ years of proven success in selling complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software, cloud services, data/AI platforms, and consulting-led sales, with the ability to build executive relationships, manage large territories, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for large, strategic accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by selling enterprise solutions, including cloud services, data platforms, AI/ML, analytics, and digital transformation offerings.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to generate pipeline and close net-new business.
- Collaborate closely with partners and ecosystems (e.g., cloud providers, technology partners, system integrators) to drive co-sell motions and joint opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, product, and marketing teams to design and position customer-centric solutions.
- Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene, ensuring predictable revenue outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging enterprise technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, enterprise account management, or sales leadership roles.
- Strong experience selling enterprise software, cloud services, data/AI platforms, or consulting/professional services.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar quotas and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and partner-led sales motions.
- Background in AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, SaaS, or digital transformation sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and enterprise sales methodologies.
