Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Queens, NY, for an Account Executive. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing prospective clients, understanding client financing needs, presenting Empower Group's financial solutions, and managing account portfolios. The Account Executive will also support the client onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client management, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, including cash advances, purchase order financing, and equipment leasing, is a plus
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer software applications
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
