Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Key Account Specialist – Livestock & Farm Accounts to manage, develop, and grow strategic customer relationships across the UAE and Oman. The role focuses on commercial growth, long-term partnerships, and value creation within the livestock and farm sector, including cattle, sheep, goats, camels, dairy farms, and large-scale agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with large livestock farms, dairy operations, integrators, and corporate farm accounts
- Develop and execute key account plans and growth strategies to expand business within assigned customers
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver effective solutions and support customer needs
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Support execution of regional sales strategies within the livestock and farm segment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Animal Health sales, with exposure to livestock, ruminants, or companion animals
- Strong understanding of farm operations and livestock industry dynamics (cattle, sheep, goats, camels, dairy farms)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts and strategic customers
- Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset
- Valid driving license required
- Experience in UAE or GCC markets is an advantage
