As part of its continued growth and expansion of commercial operations, there are looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join and strengthen the Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to business growth, manage key client relationships, and support the development of new market opportunities in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction and partnership growth;
- Identify client needs and align them with company products, capabilities, and strategic goals;
- Manage contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Logistics, Quality, Production) to ensure smooth order execution;
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion;
- Lead commercial negotiations and support the achievement of sales targets;
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to commercial strategies;
- Track invoicing and payments, working with CRM and ERP systems;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and share insights with the commercial team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities;
- Proven ability to establish and sustain long-term business relationships;
- Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial strategy, and data-driven analysis;
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems);
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage;
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
