We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can turn complex ideas into compelling stories that resonate with enterprise audiences.
In this role, you’ll create messaging and content that supports Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, global events, and long-form marketing initiatives. You’ll write everything from campaign messaging and event content to blogs, product guides, eBooks, and white papers.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping executive thought leadership by partnering directly with company leaders to develop articles, perspectives, and bylined content that reflect their expertise and voice.
This role is ideal for a writer who loves both strategy and storytelling—someone who can collaborate across teams, interview subject matter experts, and translate technical topics into engaging, accessible content.
What You’ll Do
- Write messaging and copy for Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, tailoring content to strategic accounts and audiences.
- Create long-form marketing content such as blogs, product guides, eBooks, and white papers that educate and engage enterprise buyers.
- Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content, including bylined articles, POV pieces, and industry perspectives.
- Develop content for events and experiential marketing, including promotional messaging, presentation content, and supporting collateral.
- Collaborate closely with Design and cross-functionally with Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, Field Marketing and other stakeholders to bring content and campaigns to life.
- Maintain consistency with PROS brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content and channels.
- Repurpose long-form content into supporting assets for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Leverage AI tools to support research, ideation, and content repurposing while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting or content development, ideally in B2B, SaaS, AI, or technology
- A strong portfolio that includes campaign copy, long-form content, and thought leadership
- Experience interviewing executives or subject matter experts and ghostwriting content
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging, human-centered narratives
- Experience writing blogs, product guides, eBooks, white papers, and other long-form content
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional and asynchronous team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI tools that support content creation and scaling
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
