Your new role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across major retail chains, including Mannings and Watsons. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Health, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, strengthen key account relationships, and ensure excellence in execution across all in-store activities.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts including Mannings & Watsons
- Develop and execute annual promotion plans, ensuring strong product visibility, distribution, and merchandising
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, trade marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to deliver sales targets.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and trade agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate trade spending, and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Energetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in Key Account Management in the Supplement/OTC/FMCG/ Personal Care industry
- Proven experience managing the Mannings account
