The Role

You'll prospect, close, and grow your own book of business. You'll hunt new shippers, build real relationships, and grind until those accounts are yours. Logistics experience is not required — we'll teach you the freight side. What we can't teach is hunger, coachability, and the ability to connect with people. If you have those three things, we'll build the rest together.

The Earning Potential

The base is $60K–$80K. The commission structure is where this gets interesting — it's aggressive, uncapped, and genuinely market-leading. Our middle-of-the-pack reps are clearing $200K+ by year 2 or 3. Our top performers are doing $500K+. We share those numbers because we're proud of them, not to hype you up.

  • B2B sales background is a plus. Freight experience is not required.
