Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company building smart, connected devices that automate compliance and monitoring tasks for healthcare facilities. Their cloud-based platform removes the need for manual testing and paperwork by continuously monitoring critical infrastructure, generating regulator-approved reports, and alerting teams when issues arise. The company has scaled quickly, and there is an opportunity to join as an early Account Executive hire, playing a key role in driving new business revenue while helping shape sales strategy and processes in a fast-moving environment.


Responsibilities of an Account Executive:

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, managing opportunities end-to-end
  • Lead detailed discovery conversations with stakeholders to uncover operational pain points and compliance challenges
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, including ROI and cost-savings analyses tailored to each customer
  • Manage and progress pipeline opportunities through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Drive new business through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and territory development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and successful implementation post-sale
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within the CRM system


Requirements of an Account Executive:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development or Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover and quantify customer pain
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Experience managing pipeline and opportunities within CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work onsite in Manhattan
  • Exposure to healthcare, facilities management, or compliance-driven industries is beneficial but not required
