This is an onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
What You'll Bring
- 5-10+ years of experience in CPG sales, pet industry sales, or related categories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing national accounts, regional retailers, and/or distributors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales trends, forecasts, and business data
- Experience leading customer business reviews, presentations, and strategic planning discussions
- Track record of driving growth through promotions, pricing, and account development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
