Sales Trainee Program


Make a strong start to your career with our 6-week Sales Management Trainee Program!

Join us and gain hands-on experience in various sales channels, including chain stores, traditional trade, and e-commerce operations. Throughout the program, you’ll actively participate in all stages of sales processes, develop essential skills, and prepare yourself for a career as a Key Account Executive at the conclusion of the program.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and contribute to sales operations in chain stores, traditional trade, and e-commerce channels.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Take strategic approaches to achieve sales distribution, display, and collection goals.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for the sales process.
  • Ensure products are displayed in the right locations with optimal variety and coordinate these processes.
  • Educate and train sales point personnel on product features and benefits.
  • Support sales processes and teams through rotations in different sales office functions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales operations and strategies for management.
  • Actively participate in assigned projects during the program and deliver comprehensive project reports.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with mentors to receive feedback and take steps for professional development.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or above)
  • Strong command of MS Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Physically fit to perform job responsibilities
  • 0–1 year of work experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel
