Sales Trainee Program
Make a strong start to your career with our 6-week Sales Management Trainee Program!
Join us and gain hands-on experience in various sales channels, including chain stores, traditional trade, and e-commerce operations. Throughout the program, you’ll actively participate in all stages of sales processes, develop essential skills, and prepare yourself for a career as a Key Account Executive at the conclusion of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and contribute to sales operations in chain stores, traditional trade, and e-commerce channels.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Take strategic approaches to achieve sales distribution, display, and collection goals.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for the sales process.
- Ensure products are displayed in the right locations with optimal variety and coordinate these processes.
- Educate and train sales point personnel on product features and benefits.
- Support sales processes and teams through rotations in different sales office functions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales operations and strategies for management.
- Actively participate in assigned projects during the program and deliver comprehensive project reports.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Engage with mentors to receive feedback and take steps for professional development.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or above)
- Strong command of MS Office applications
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Physically fit to perform job responsibilities
- 0–1 year of work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
