Collaborating with some of the most well-known media houses, including iq digital, Media Impact, Ringier, and Der Standard, our portfolio features more than 1,500 premium news sites, offering a truly high-quality native advertising experience for our clients.


We are now looking for a Senior Publisher Account Manager to drive our growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with key publishing partners, driving revenue growth, and positioning Readpeak as a strategic demand partner.


You will join a team specialized in programmatic native advertising that has not only built one of the most advanced native marketing platforms globally, but is also made up of great people. You’ll work closely with our central programmatic team as well as our local market leads in the DACH region. You will report to the Head of Programmatic Partnerships.



What you’ll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of publishers in the DACH region
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with DACH publishers
  • Take charge of yield optimization and format adoption to drive revenue growth
  • Asses business opportunities, pitch solutions and drive adoption of the Readpeak platform
  • Identify new partners, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding and activation to optimisation and long-term partnership growth
  • Monitor publisher performance KPIs to proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Represent Readpeak at industry events




About you

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in publisher or ad-tech account management
  • You are comfortable managing multiple accounts while delivering high-quality partner support
  • You posses an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly within programmatic advertising
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to operate with autonomy
  • You are able to set priorities in a fast-moving environment without dropping standards
  • You posses a well established network with publishers across the DACH region
  • You are a clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders




Skills & Requirements

  • Native level proficiency in German and fluent in English
  • Strong proficiency in Google Slides/Power Point and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Ability to travel regularly
