The Opportunity
Our client is expanding into the DACH region for the first time, with their next office launching in Berlin, Germany. They're looking for a hands-on individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, as you’ll be a player-coach - growing and training the sales team, shaping the GTM strategy, building relationships with e-commerce brands, and driving revenue from the ground up.
Who are they?
Our client is a modern, tech-driven 3PL that combine smart fulfilment software with an extensive warehouse network across Europe. Since 2018, they've powered over 600 e-commerce brands - including MUJI, Zoeva, and Scuffers - through their proprietary WMS, Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe. With 110+ employees in Paris, Madrid, and London, and backed by $20M+ in funding, they're on a rapid growth path - processing 10M+ orders in 2024 and expanding further.
The role
- Define and execute their approach to the DACH market.
- Identify opportunities, provide market insights, and shape local strategies.
- Source and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales process - from demos and proposals to negotiations and closing deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and represent them at industry events.
- Support and mentor SDRs to improve prospecting and conversion.
What You Need
- 3+ years of sales & closing experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred).
- Strong understanding of the German e-commerce market.
- Native or near-native German and professional English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and adaptable.
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.

- €70-90k basic salary, €140-200k OTE Y1.
