- You get the B2B world and love e-commerce trends.
- You’re a creative, analytical thinker who’s always ready to solve client needs.
- Communication is your thing; you’re great with people and know or are willing to learn how to negotiate.
- You thrive on juggling tasks and staying organized.
- You speak and write excellent English.
- Collaborate & Onboard: Work alongside Account Managers to lead clients’ onboarding journeys.
- Connect the Dots: Coordinate closely with our Ops and Dev Teams.
- Stay in the Loop: Manage updates and track tickets the Account Management team raises across teams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Analyze & Present: Prepare insights for client meetings with data-backed analysis.
- Lead Growth: Own projects that boost team processes and enhance client experiences.
