Location: Istanbul, Turkey | Reports to: Sales Director | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid visa for Turkey | Language Requirements: Fluency in English, both written and spoken 

We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive customer growth and build lasting strategic partnerships within the IT solutions landscape. In this role, you'll own key customer relationships, identify emerging business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions by collaborating closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to meet customer needs and exceed revenue targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships within assigned accounts 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary commercial point of contact for customers 
  • Identify customer business and technology needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions and services 
  • Develop account plans and drive sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets 
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, including forecasting and opportunity tracking 
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across software, cloud, managed services, and professional services 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective solution design, proposals, and successful delivery 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Solid experience in account management, sales, or business development within the IT sector with proven track record managing corporate or enterprise customer accounts 
  • Proven experience in insurance & banking sector 
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including software licensing, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or professional services 
  • Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, proposals, and contract negotiations 
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Customer-focused, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach
