Responsibilities
- Lead an agile Marketing & Communications team in the development, execution, and launch of marketing campaigns
- Closely collaborate with Account Management team lead and agile marketing teams to identify operational efficiencies in campaign execution
- Support marketing team finances by analyzing and reporting on resource utilization
- Responsible for coordinating internal approvals of third party/vendor contracts, SOWs and processing all invoices for the marketing team
- Own operational activities, including managing internal compliance reviews of marketing collateral and securing internal approvals to ensure data integrity of campaigns and activations in Workfront
- Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and manage tight deadlines
- Collaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentality
- Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
- 5+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Project Management or Account Management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
