The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who can confidently manage client relationships, oversee execution, and collaborate on strategy to drive measurable growth.
This is a high-touch, client-facing role where you’ll serve as the central point of coordination across accounts, working closely with both clients and our internal team, including the Digital Strategist, to ensure every initiative is aligned and effective.
You won’t be building strategy in a silo but you will play a key role in shaping it, guiding clients through it, and ensuring it’s executed seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Client Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with the Digital Strategist to support and refine client marketing strategies
- Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans for execution
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with client goals (visibility, client acquisition, brand growth)
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth across accounts
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead regular check-ins, updates, and performance conversations
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with practice owners and decision-makers
- Manage expectations and proactively problem-solve
Project & Team Coordination
- Oversee all moving pieces across client accounts (content, campaigns, deliverables)
- Collaborate with internal team members and contractors to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain timelines, workflows, and quality control
- Ensure consistency and follow-through across all initiatives
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics and campaign progress
- Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal team
- Support ongoing optimization of marketing efforts based on results
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years experience in account management, marketing, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (content, social media, branding, campaigns, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, as you will be working directly with U.S.-based clients
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Strategic thinker who can also manage day-to-day execution
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with care and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with health and wellness brands or private practices (therapy, medical, coaching, or wellness services)
- Understanding of the nuances of marketing in regulated or trust-based industries
- Familiarity with content-driven growth and thought leadership strategies
