What You Will Do
As a Key Member Of Our Customer Support Team, You Will Be The Bridge Between Our Advanced Software Solutions And The Professionals Who Use Them. Your Daily Impact Will Include
- Expert Technical Support: Provide high-level technical consulting and troubleshooting for our photogrammetry software via phone, email, and our dedicated ticket system.
- Customer Enablement: Conduct software demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions (both remote and onsite) to ensure our users achieve optimal results.
- Industry Engagement: Represent our team at trade fairs and industry events, staying connected with the latest trends in the geospatial field.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with Development, Product Management, and Sales to relay customer feedback, report bugs, and actively contribute to future product improvements.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, develop knowledge AI Agent, base articles, and tutorials to empower our users.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geodesy, Photogrammetry, Surveying, GIS, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of photogrammetry principles, concepts, and processing workflows.
- Added Value: Experience with 3D modeling, remote sensing, and GIS software is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven background in technical support, consulting, or a customer-facing role, ideally within the geospatial software industry.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: You are highly organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player who thrives in both independent tasks and distributed team environments.
