Manager, Walmart Connect Sales (Large Customer Sales)

What you’ll do…

  • Become client’s trusted advisor in their Advertising strategies, serving as a strategic partner to help clients leverage Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions to exceed business goals.
  • Design account planning with action plans to reach and strive to exceed sales quota against assigned Book of Business while contributing to team goals. Keep leadership informed of major opportunities or risks.
  • Provide an accurate Quarterly sales forecast to management. Regularly monitor pacing and communicates key changes in a timely manner.
  • Tailor sales presentations and proposals to mid-level and executive level audiences to achieve clients’ specific goals. Anticipate and preemptively address key questions and concerns from clients.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Walmart Connect’s full product suites, educate clients on campaign strategies and identify upsell opportunities for new products.
  • Able to prioritize among multiple work-streams with high complexity, involve manager on key sales initiatives or projects on a regular basis.
  • Enroll cross-functional teams strategically to identify new areas of sales opportunities, continuously identify room to improve collaboration efficiency and achieve shared success.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to sales processes and advertising products. Help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward.
  • Proactively lead cross functional workstreams alongside leadership and mentor new team members.
  • Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or Above
    • At least 5~7 years’ experience of client-facing sales or optimization, focusing on Go-Global business.
    • A strong sales-oriented mindset, passion for digital advertising with hands-on knowledge in B2B sales process and operation excellence.
    • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers using data and insights.
    • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, resilient and able to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams to deliver shared success.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suites, strong data-driven mindset combined with proven ability to translate insights into actionable approaches.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • C-level client partnering experience; background at e-commerce-focused advertising platforms/agencies; deep expertise in e-commerce ecosystem and campaign optimization.
    • Track record of growing assigned Book of Business through detailed account planning and implementation, able to perform under ambiguities and fast pacing workspace.
    • Experience informing manager’s decision on sales strategies, identify and prioritize high impact projects to improve team’s productivity.
    • Track record of leading projects and drive efficiency in scale.
    • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker is a plus.
