What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the sales process while working alongside a motivated, high-performing team. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience, clear development, and a path to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute the fundamentals of B2B sales and client acquisition
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong, professional relationships with decision-makers
- Manage and grow accounts by delivering value-driven solutions
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Contribute to a competitive, positive, and results-oriented team culture

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a confident, people-first approach
- A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team environments
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and solution-driven professionals
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
