The Key Account Logistics Specialist Italy & Expansion operates within the logistics function and reports directly to the Head of Operations for Italy & Expansion. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning, this role is responsible for managing logistics KPIs and leading cross-functional projects aimed at sustainably optimizing both cost efficiency and delivery performance for our customers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan, manage, and monitor logistics KPIs and improvement initiatives across the Route-to-Market to enhance service levels and cost performance.
  • Act as a key logistics partner to the Sales organization, providing guidance and support on supply chain–related topics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to jointly develop and implement supply chain and logistics strategies and joint business plans
  • Monitor delivery costs and order profiles, identifying optimization opportunities and assessing new commercial or logistical requests.
  • Prepare customer-specific analyses and insights to support end-to-end supply chain decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between commercial priorities, demand planning, and operational execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in a sales, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably within the FMCG environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with proven experience in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, with strong stakeholder management and internal networking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with a structured and autonomous working style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
