Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with over 12 years of experience in managing strategic customer relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with all key stakeholders, understanding their business priorities, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.


This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage effectively with both business and leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders across business and leadership levels.

• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the organization.

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business, goals, and challenges.

• Identify opportunities to grow the account and expand the scope of engagement.

• Drive strategic conversations with customers to align solutions with their business objectives.

• Facilitate regular business reviews and executive-level discussions.

• Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and trust.

• Collaborate with internal teams to bring relevant capabilities and innovations to customers.

• Support commercial discussions including renewals, expansions, and long-term partnership opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship roles.

• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.

• Strong business acumen and consultative engagement approach.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with enterprise technology, digital transformation, or consulting services.

• Experience managing large or strategic accounts with executive-level stakeholders.
