Senior Executive - Key Account Management (Luxury - Accessories)

Responsibilities:
- Onboard and build relationships with new brands and suppliers by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA
- Monitor and drive the growth of the brands: create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the Brand with accurate forecasting and internal performance tracking
- Leading the initial commercial performance of the account via rigorous commercial management and strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management/resolution skills
- Co-create brand strategic direction, to test initiatives and learn quickly in order to continuously grow the accounts and the category
- Liaise with brands and suppliers on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers' promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar
- Work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience
- Constantly review brands catalog and assortment to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer journey
- Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Excellent English skills required
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Exposure in e-commerce and luxury industry is preferred
- Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross-functional team relationships and confidently interact with senior stakeholders internally and externally to deliver business outcomes
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Robust marketing & commercial understanding, with innate numerical and analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset to flex the needs of the role as the category develops
- Advance working knowledge of Excel, Tableau is preferred
