Client Service Associate’s Responsibilities And Duties
- Create and maintain new client profiles and records
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Pull client statements and assist with account-related documentation
- Utilize Salesforce to enter workflows, update records, and track activities
- Coordinate and manage heavy calendaring for the CEO
- Schedule internal and external meetings, including client meetings
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, client service, or financial support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
