Strategic Key Account Manager – Life Sciences | Auckland, New Zealand
About the Role
A national, strategic, enterprise-level position managing high-value accounts across the Pharma, Applied & Research sectors. You will operate at an executive level, driving long-term partnerships, expanding share of wallet, and leading sophisticated commercial strategy within a global matrix organisation.
Location: Auckland preferred, however Wellington will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national strategic account plans across pharma, applied, and research customers
- Build and influence senior stakeholder relationships at executive level
- Drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion across multiple business units
- Lead complex, enterprise-level negotiations and commercial agreements
- Own overall account performance, forecasting, and financial outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in strategic / corporate account management within life sciences (pharma, biotech, applied or research markets) or complex B2B
- Proven track record managing large, high-value national accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with an executive presence
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and influence cross-functionally
