Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid (3 days remote per week)
Our client, an independent insurance brokerage agency, is searching for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of middle market personal lines accounts, with a small percentage of high-net-worth accounts. Responsibilities include general daily servicing of acounts, renewals, marketing and remarketing, and rounding accounts when relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily servicing of assigned personal lines accounts
- Maintain accurate data in agency management systems
- Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
- Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information
- Analyze insurance-related contract requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment
Qualifications
- Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management
- Proficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPIC preferred
