Purpose: To achieve sales and collection budgets through direct sales to pharmaceutical industry and effective customer management. Develop, coordinate and implement specific strategies and operational activities for expand and develop BioPharma & vaccine & HA market share and launch new products.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain direct B2B accounts to achieve sales and collection objectives with full accountability.
- Acquire in-depth product and business knowledge, and continuously analyze market trends.
- Expand market share and accounts within the Pharmaceuticals & HA (Hyaluronic Acid) sectors, and successfully launch new products.
- Deliver comprehensive business and technical information to pharmaceutical clients and prospect accounts.
- Achieve departmental goals and effectively execute established action plans.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.
- More than 10 years of related working experience.
- B2B direct sales experience within the medical device industry.
- Strong expertise and network within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) sector is preferred.
- Direct account management experience with Samsung Biologics is a strong plus.
- Overseas B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal).
