[Key Responsibilities]

  • Be responsible for Electron Microscope product sales for assigned territory/accounts
  • Successfully drive revenue growth of Electron Microscope product
  • Represent the technical competencies of Electron Microscope products
  • Systematically and proactively promote and sell Electron Microscope products
  • Identify and contact prospective customers, and build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Develop and execute dedicated sales campaigns and initiatives in strategic target markets
  • Prepare, present, and track quotations
  • Monitor and act appropriately throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  • Serve as Sales Account Manager during major industry exhibitions, promoting products and engaging with key clients and prospects



[Requirements]

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Major in Materials Science and Engineering field)

2. Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in electron microscopy or industrial electronic equipment sales required
  • Preferred: B2B sales experience (Industry, Academia, PPS))

3. Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken)

4. Required competencies

  • Clear ownership of assigned accounts and projects
  • General understanding of the microscope market and competitors
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders, including global teams
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict situations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand customer needs
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and environments
