This is a fully licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Unlicensed candidates will be considered with the expectation of obtaining licenses quickly with full agency support.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager – Insurance Sales, your mission is simple: generate new business and close it. You’ll actively pursue opportunities, uncover client needs, and convert leads into bound policies. Success in this role is measured by activity, conversion, and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead engagement
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines
- Convert both warm and cold leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality personal sales pipeline
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value
- Ask for the sale—confidently, consistently, and without hesitation
- Track activity and results to meet and exceed production goals
- Competitive, self-driven sales professionals who are motivated by results
- Confident closers who handle objections and move deals forward
- High-activity individuals who understand that volume drives success
- Professionals motivated by commission, bonuses, and performance recognition

- Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
