Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team full-time on-site at our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Senior Account Executive will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring project deliverables align with objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with creative and marketing teams, developing client proposals, generating new business opportunities, and managing timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, with an ability to understand and meet client needs
• Experience in Tiktok, Ecom growth strategy, digital marketing, and account management
• Proficiency in project management, including timeline and budget management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous agency experience and familiarity with the Ho Chi Minh City market are a plus
