Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the Managed IT Services sector. This is a 100% hunting role, focused on generating new leads, prospecting, and converting them into loyal clients. You will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and increasing our market presence.

This is a full-time remote position however we are searching for someone who is in the Seattle, WA area. The role does come with a competitive salary and commission structure. Target OTE: $200,000 - $240,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and building a strong echo system of alliance and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events to promote Aldridge and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
