Purpose of the Position
- The role will be accountable for management of the assigned portfolio
- Create an annual sales plan and execute agreed, approved and aligned sales strategy
- Provide monthly forecast and ensure achievement of sales and collection target for the month
- commercial process compliance and deliver the retail growth
- Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Identify pricing opportunities with customers
- Ensure contracts with customers are in place and implemented
- Identify opportunities for geographic sales extension
- Gather, consolidate and report market intelligence information as basis for strategic and tactical decisions
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to Linde safety standard, policies and procedure
- Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned revenue, collection, new business and pricing targets
- Gathers and reports market, competitor, customers and prospects activities and intelligence to manager
- Sales forecasting
- Defining and developing new businesses and customers for growth
- Customer engagement including regular visits, meetings, proposals, collection discussion and issues/complaint resolution as necessary.
- Working closely with Site Teams, Deliver, Cylinder Supply Chain Management, Pricing and Commercial, Product Management, SHEQ, LBSC to ensure sales targets are executed monthly and annually
- Working closely with CMES for customer pipeline and other projects
- Close customer and prospect engagements
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Typically, 2 to 3 years' experience in account management role
- Managed annual portfolio of PHP50 - PHP100 million
- Track record of delivering sales targets and growth for his portfolio
- With active Driver's License
