- Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally in software or tech.
- Able to manage a sales pipeline and respond to business opportunities through tailored RFPs and strategic relationship building.
- Skilled in cold-calling, direct marketing, and creating targeted email campaigns to reach key prospects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, especially MS Dynamics and LinkedIn.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets (solutions and staff augmentation).
- Resilient and able to manage deadlines while maintaining client relationships.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Understanding of software development and tech is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, or related field preferred.
- Identify and pursue new clients for digitalization projects
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
- Crafting proposals and managing contract negotiations.
- Establish predictable sales revenue through disciplined performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and business goals to propose effective solutions.
- Develop account plans to enhance engagement and ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance client experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Contractual (6-months renewable)
Schedule: 9AM - 6PM | Hybrid, 5x onsite per month
