$95–105K base · $150K OTE · 10–20% travel
A well-established European IVD company with decades in market, a proven instrument portfolio, and a loyal U.S. customer base — now actively scaling its North American commercial team. This role is built around account management and platform transition, with a defined path into Sales Management.
The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned account base across both direct and distribution channels
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing accounts to schedule product evaluations and platform demonstrations
- Partner with field applications and technical support to ensure smooth instrument installations and onboarding
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Track and report pipeline activity, account status, and forecasted conversions in CRM
- Collaborate with distributor reps to align on account strategy and drive co-selling activity
- Respond to inbound leads and RFQs with timely, accurate product and pricing information
What the right background looks like:
- 2+ years in IVD, clinical diagnostics sales, or field applications
- Hands-on familiarity with automated analyzers — how labs evaluate and adopt new platforms
- Experience working both direct and through distribution channels
- Former FAS experience translates well here
