Senior Account Executive


We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our team in Alpharetta! Agile is a forward-thinking IT staffing and consulting firm, and this role sits at the center of our growth—partnering with technology leaders to build and scale their teams.


You’ll join a collaborative, driven group of sales and recruiting professionals who take pride in winning together. What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and securing partnerships with technology leaders
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across IT organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
  • Develop strategic account plans and cultivate long-term client partnerships
  • Partner closely with recruiting to ensure strong delivery and successful placements
  • Stay ahead of market trends and position Agile effectively within the competitive landscape


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (staffing/IT experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to win new business and consistently hit or exceed targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, partnership-first approach
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth
  • Ability to collaborate internally and work closely with recruiting to deliver results
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
