Senior Account Executive
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our team in Alpharetta! Agile is a forward-thinking IT staffing and consulting firm, and this role sits at the center of our growth—partnering with technology leaders to build and scale their teams.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and securing partnerships with technology leaders
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across IT organizations
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Develop strategic account plans and cultivate long-term client partnerships
- Partner closely with recruiting to ensure strong delivery and successful placements
- Stay ahead of market trends and position Agile effectively within the competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (staffing/IT experience preferred)
- Proven ability to win new business and consistently hit or exceed targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, partnership-first approach
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth
- Ability to collaborate internally and work closely with recruiting to deliver results
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
