We are currently hiring a Key Account Programme Lead for a large corporate client in Dublin. You will report to the head of International Relations. This role requires a deep understanding of the fundamentals of account management, business development, a passion for the B2B market, an ability to work with senior stakeholders and an ability to harness evolving AI tools to deliver on the business objectives. The role is suited to a commercially minded business development professional who enjoys turning strategy into action.


In this role you will:

  • drive forward the designated programmes to achieve growth and success
  • collaborate with key stakeholders to implement client development plans
  • develop deep knowledge of the business and markets, evaluating trends and new developments to identify opportunities
  • convene and structure regular key stakeholder meetings, track delivery against agreed account plans, coordinate certain aspects of client engagement and provide disciplined reporting that enables informed decision-making
  • work confidently in utilising AI-enabled tools and advanced CRM platforms to support account planning, reporting, recommendations, analysis, and tracking engagement initiatives
  • monitor performance, prepare quarterly reports tracking growth, highlighting successes, challenges, opportunities, and business case for investment
  • drive excellence by bringing consistency, discipline, focus, and rigour to account planning
  • develop your knowledge of the internal lines to determine how best to drive strategic growth
  • contribute to other occasional priority projects as required


We are interested to speak to candidate who have the following:

  • Strong business development knowledge within a professional service or corporate environment;
  • Strong key stakeholder management experience;
  • An effective communicator, articulate and credible with an ability to collaborate and build relationships internally;
  • A strong understanding of the fundamentals of account planning in a professional services environment;
  • A forward-thinking approach and capability to harness AI-enabled tools, leverage data analytics and sophisticated CRM platforms;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, referral activity, and financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities;
  • Experience producing structured monthly and quarterly reporting for senior stakeholders, with clear commercial insight rather than purely descriptive updates;
  • Proven ability to drive implementation of account plans across multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong organisational discipline with the ability to track multiple workstreams;
  • Commitment to maintaining data integrity and improving CRM adoption across stakeholders.
