About the role

As the Senior Account Executive in Sweden, you will play a key role in the Swedish market. You are an experienced salesperson who understands that selling energy today is about more than a competitive kilowatt price, it is about trust, consultation, and long-term relationships.

You thrive working independently, building a pipeline from scratch, and owning the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement.

You will report directly to Noova's management team and serve as an important bridge between the Swedish market and the wider organization where your knowledge and market insights will shape product development and strategy.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Build and drive Noova's sales position in the Swedish market from day one
  • Identify and develop new customers within both the SME and enterprise segments
  • Drive complex sales processes and engage C-level decision makers
  • Position Noova as a credible challenger with a broader value proposition than traditional energy suppliers
  • Actively gather market insights and customer input and feed these back into the organisation
  • Contribute to shaping Noova's go-to-market strategy in Sweden


Your Background

  • Minimum 5–7 years of documented experience in B2B sales, preferably in a complex or consultative sales environment
  • Experience from the energy industry is strongly preferred
  • Documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • An established network in Swedish business that can be activated from day one
  • Experience selling to both SME and larger enterprise customers
