Job Title: Sr. Software Sales, Account Executive
Location: 3 days a week in-office
Pay: $70K-90K base + uncapped commission + equity
Requirements: 5+ years of experience selling SaaS, CRM or enterprise software
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth for our SaaS product portfolio! The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing, while building long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers. This position has growth opportunity potential, including building out your own team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up to build a predictable pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-value initiatives, and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead conversion and improve messaging, campaigns, and objection handling.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, contract execution, and renewal opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars to generate demand and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coach junior sales team members and contribute to continual improvement of sales best practices and playbooks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales experience with demonstrated success in closing new business in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of generating new business and building out the sales structure
- Solid leadership skills and ability to build out a team is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within the food industry is a plus
